## Working on

- **mOOnshot digital:** running the portfolio's operations day-to-day. AI-native publishing across [Luxe Digital](https://luxe.digital/), [Luxe Digital Privileges](https://privileges.com/), [Worthbury](https://worthbury.com/), and [Luxa Terra](https://luxaterra.com/). Most of my week goes in fine-tuning our AI workflows.
- **Stealth experiments:** aside from our media portfolio, I'm also working on an e-Commerce brand in the home interior space, an online branding platform for brands and professionals, and an online news project. None of these projects are ready for the limelight yet, but I'll announce them here when they are.
- **This site:** [simonbeauloye.com](/) is a live lab for agent-readable publishing and experimentation. [JSON-LD citation graphs](/writing/ai-publishing/), [llms.txt surfaces](/llms.txt), [an iPhone-to-S3 pipeline](/stream/) for the micro-feed.
- **Writing more in public:** publishing at least one essay a month under [/writing](/writing/). Less "think piece," more "here's what we actually did and what happened."

- Whether a small multi-brand group is structurally advantaged for this shift against large legacy media groups.
